A diversified financial services group that provides wealth management, investment solutions, and risk management to retail and institutional clients, is seeking a Business Analyst who will serve as the strategic link between business needs and technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
Elicit requirements via interviews, workshops, and surveys.
Translate business needs into technical documentation (User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows).
Validate requirements for feasibility, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.
Map “As-Is” and “To-Be” states using flowcharts and process models to eliminate bottlenecks.
Leverage data modeling to identify trends, predict outcomes, and provide actionable insights.
Develop dashboards and reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Facilitate collaboration between business units and IT to ensure alignment.
Support the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from design through to UAT and implementation.
Manage project risks, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
Minimum Requirements:
Relevant Professional Certification (e.g., National Certificate in Business Analysis or Certificate Programme in Business Analysis).
Technical Proficiency: * High proficiency in data management and modeling.
Solid understanding of the System Development
Life Cycle (SDLC) and Unified Modelling Language (UML).
Core Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills (verbal and written).
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build business cases.
