Job Description:
Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant with a specialization in Human Resources for our client’s manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various financial and HR-related tasks within the organization. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
– Manage employee benefits and compensation, including processing payroll and administering benefits programs
– Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
– Coordinate and conduct recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
– Perform monthly financial analysis and reporting for senior management
– Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to accounting and HR functions
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– Full Debtors and Creditors experience
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and human resources roles
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and HR software programs
– Strong knowledge of GAAP and HR best practices
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
