Winder Mechanical Foreman – Mining Industry – R1.5Mil – R1Mil
Hire Resolve’s client is a great mining company in Mpumalanga, which is seeking the expertise of a Winder Mechanical Foreman to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Winder repair and maintenance
- Provide adequate workshop store facility and stock levels for efficient maintenance and productivity
- Supervise and maintain control of the workshops, stores and maintenance activities
- Direct, assist, supervise and guide artisans with daily maintenance and construction activities
- Meet regularly with employees, analyze and solve problems, maintain a healthy service to other departments
- Ensure proper preventative planned and opportune maintenance is done on machinery and equipment
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- N4 Certificate in Mechanical Engineering
- Mechanical Trade Test Certificate
- 10 – 15 Years experience in an underground winder mining environment
Benefits:
