Hire Resolves Client in the Steel Distributing Industry is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives set by the company
– Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
– Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
– Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
– Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth
– Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
– Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Requirements:

  • 8+ years cut to szie profiling experience
  • Minimum 8 years experience in sales function
  • Sales Administration and Management 
  • Draughting experience or reading technical drawings
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
  •  Strong leadership and team management skill
  •  Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Prior experience in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
