Hire Resolve’s client has three open vacancies for Production Supervisors in Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities

  • Creating an understanding of daily and weekly production targets amongst team members to ensure that targets are met and executed safely
  • Review shift performance on an ongoing basis and discussing progress against agreed deliverables, deadlines, and provide support where needed
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities to optimize labour, equipment, and processes
  • Report daily to the line manager
  • Create an understanding of the company’s policies and procedures


Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Opencast Blasting Certificate for Coal Mines
  • Relevant Degree
  • Open cast Machine Licence(s)
  • 2 years of experience as a Digger/Dragline Operator or Blaster
