Learning and Development Manager
A well-known Mining company, situated in North West, is seeking the expertise of a Learning and Development Manager to join their team.
The role will be responsible to develop the Employee Learning and Development vision and strategy. Formulate an Employee Learning and Development, Skills, Competency and Learning framework to align with the overall business, OG and Human Resource Strategy. Contribute to the development of the Human Resource Strategy in line with the national imperatives and regulatory framework and more.
- National Senior Certificate.
- Have NQF 8 (Postgraduate Diploma / Honours Degree / Professional Qualification Degree) in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or a related field.
- Have at least 12 years of experience in a related position.
- 7 years experience at a senior management level.
