Senior Project Manager – Abuja, Nigeria
A leading construction firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager, to join their established team in Abuja, Nigeria.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of complex projects
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Develop project plans, timelines and budgets
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
- Track project progress and report on status updates, schedule and budget changes
- Manage project risks and ensure proper mitigation
- Effectively manage project resources to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Construction Management from a reputable South African University
- +5 years’ experience as a Project Manager
- Must have experience in multiple high-rise commercial buildings such as offices and hotels
