Financial Manager
An apparel company is looking for a talented and highly motivated Financial Manager to join their team of professionals in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.
In this role, you would head up the Financial department and ensure all related work is performed OTIFQ. The ideal candidate would have advanced excel skills, grit and strong attention to detail.
Key requirements:
- Head up the financial department
- Ensure all financial accounting and administration functions, internal controls and reconciliations are performed OTIFQ (on time, in full at the right quality level)
- Produce and interpret management accounts
- Ensure the year-end audit is performed OTIFQ
- Generate and maintain the group’s cash flow and budgeting requirements
- Ensure compliance with all tax and statutory matters
- Conduct various operational functions as directed
- Provide support to and report to the executive directors of the group
Experience:
- 3 years experience
Education & certificates:
- CA (SA) preferred (open to CIMA, ACCA and BCom + articles)
