Civil Engineer
An industry-leading company is looking for a skilled and talented Civil Engineer to join their team of professionals in Cape Town.
Key requirements:
- BSc or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience in Geometric Design and Highway engineering
- 8 years’ experience in Design, Tender documentation & contract administration
- Experience in Autodesk Civil 3D Design software
- Experience on SANRAL projects
- Project Management skills
Responsibilities:
- Planning, conceptual design, detail design and construction drawings, specifications, and contract administration of civil engineering projects.
- Assistance with technical advancement and business development by pursuing technical excellence and maintaining quality assurance on projects.
- Making plans using detailed drawings.
- Preparing estimates and budgets.
- Creating accurate project specifications.
- Designing engineering experiments.
- Creating technical reports for customers.
- Completing regulatory documents concerning safety issues.
