Training Officer (Generalist)

Job Description

Hire Resolve is urgently looking for a Training Officer for their client in the North West.

Incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing training material and skills programmes, delivering training, conducting assessments and moderations, Monitoring and providing support for ABET, Presenting awareness training to new appointees, maintaining and supervising the learnership process, Requesting annual, ad hoc reviews and updates of induction process material. Must have a National Diploma in Occupational-directed ETD practice or a relevant NQF level 6 qualification. At least 4 years experience in Training and Development in a supervisory capacity, must be Certified as an Assessor and Moderator, must be computer literate.
