Human Resources Development Coordinator needed for a leading finance company in Western Cape!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources Development Coordinator to perform duties in recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, implementing learning and development interventions, implementing employee assistance programmes, and regularly reviewing HR/ER policies in order to meet changing business needs. Ideally you will have a Postgraduate HRM Degree together with a relevant Education Diploma . A minimum of 8 years experience in the HR Development field in a finance environment is essential.
