Job Description
A leading mining giant is seeking your strong HR skills. You will join a very dynamic team of professionals based in the North West.
Candidates must have a Degree or Technikon Diploma in HR, 7 years relevant experience, as well as SAP HR and SAP Time and Attendance experience. A Post- graduate qualification will be advantageous
The successful candidate will be develop & review the Corporate Office Human Resource services objectives to ensure that requirements & business goals are met. Establishes internal audit & reporting systems to monitor & evaluate progress of HR recruitment, promotion & compensation processes to identify & correct problem areas at Corporate Office. Interpret changing group policies & government legislation from an HR perspective & advise management on the implementation thereof.
