Leading Manufacturing and Production company based in Westhead has a fantastic opportunity for an Administrative Assistant. This role requires a highly motivated and driven individual.
• Flight, Accommodation and Care Hire / Rental Bookings
• Vehicle registrations
• Maintain and update Bulk SMS System and CGC ID Cards
• Assist with IT problems with technicians
• Credit Card Reconciliations
• Product Management
• Daily / Weekly sales reports
• Prepare Monthly fuel usages and compile reports
• Assist Sales Reps with monthly Sales Budgets and Complete Annual Budgets
• Liaising with National Branches regarding OHSA requirements and compliance
• Similar working experience
• IT knowledge
• First Aid certificate (would be advantageous).
